OPS was founded by a solider for our soldiers and its veterans, its name is directly related to the Fort Hood Phantom Warriors, we are a Fort Hood and Central Texas based Charity here to make a difference in the lives of largest Military base in the Continental US and the Veterans that live in its community.

The Phantom Corps
This is our recurring donation program where Soldiers & Veterans are directly helping other Soldiers & Veterans, you / they commit to a 12 month donation of at least $10.00 and then you can use our programs as often as you need each month, based on funds available. This allows us to budget our donations and continue to support our Mission and Vision
